This article and accompanying video describes and demonstrates how to pay an invoice online.
Typically, invoice payments are captured by our system the day before an invoice is due. Some customers opt to pay manually. This article is for any who opt to pay invoices via your Client Area at ParsonsHosting, Inc.
- Login to your Client Area at https://parsonshosting.com/login
- Click the "Invoices" option found at the top of your client area.
- A list of paid and due invoices is returned.
- Click on the invoice you wish to pay.
- Click the green "Pay Now" button at the top of the invoice.
- Click submit and the card we have on file will be charged. Or, enter a new card by selecting that option.
- Upon successful payment, a confirmation is returned in your browser and an email receipt is delivered immediately.
